All prices and box quantities are subject to change without notice.
ECF’s trading terms are STRICTLY NETT 30 DAYS; we expect the account to be paid in full within 45 days. Any customer that does not comply with these terms may be placed on a C.O.D. basis for future transactions until the account is paid for in full. All returns are to be authorized by a ECF representative or they will not be accepted for credit.
Goods returned without a valid reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All returns, which are not the fault of ECF, are to be returned at the purchaser’s expense.
Any discrepancy regarding this order must be reported to Eastcoast Fasteners Pty Ltd within 7 days of receipt of goods for the claim to be recognized
